In late November 2021, sparks flew when Katherine matched with Roger on Bumble, and their connection blossomed instantly. Their bond grew stronger, and they knew they were meant to be inseparable. Throughout the next year, they built a meaningful connection and decided it was time to take the plunge into the next chapter of their love story. They began planning a larger, traditional wedding to include their extended families post-pandemic; however, they also craved something different. Their hearts longed for an adventure—something spontaneous. That’s where we came in. After plenty of discussion and brainstorming, together we devised the perfect plan: a private vow exchange in the forest, in addition to a hot air balloon elopement.

Forest Whispers: Where the Day Unfolds

Following their arrival at our Secluded wonderland, the bride found herself in our gorgeous bridal suite. This suite was the stage for her magical transformation into the picture of elegance and poise for the day’s revelry. Dressed and ready, the day began with their first look – a tender moment held in nature’s bounty. While secluded in the lush woods at the hidden platform, they united their hearts, embracing the quiet beauty that surrounds them. Shortly after their ceremony, our team skillfully captured fleeting moments. We ensured every step of their woodland stroll translated into cherished photographs of their first steps as a married couple.

Hot Air Balloon Rendezvous: A Golden Hour Spectacle

Katherine and Roger embarked on a journey to a small town just over the border of Maryland and Pennsylvania, meanwhile the vendor team set up their magical hot air balloon ride. As they arrived, the team surprised the newlyweds with a champagne toast and delightful snacks. Before they knew it, they ascended into the golden hour skies in their hot air balloon, starting a journey through the beautiful hues of the setting sun. 

After concluding their voyage, the couple returned to the private forest, and the hot air balloon adventure came to a close. Then they rode into the night as a married couple.
